Harvested in perfect condition at temperatures between -10°C and -12°C. The grapes were pressed outside so they would not begin to thaw. Flavours and aromas of dried peaches and apricots. The wine is well balanced with the acidity providing a fresh citrus finish to the wine.
This medium bodied red wine displays aromas and flavours of light red fruits including raspberries and ripe red cherries with a soft and rich texture. Cedar plank salmon and this wine were made for each other. Great with turkey, duck, ham and rich, red pasta sauces.
