A delightful Cabernet Sauvignon that is full bodied with well structured tannins.
Made from the Pinot Noir varietal, this rosé has a beautiful fuchsia appearance and refreshingly tasteful on the palate. Excellent as a summer sipper or pair with vegetable dishes including grilled asparagus and salads.

Very Clean. Good intensity with really interesting layers. Hints of tropical fruit, notably melon. Notes of hazelnut and lifted floral aromas also come through. There is also a lovely spice component which combines to make a simply beautiful nose. Dry with medium body and acidity. Finishes clean with good length.
This interesting and complex nose has aromas of cooked apple and ripe pear. There are also notes of butter and toast which are nicely integrated. A very fine, elegant wine with excellent balance, purity and density.
Peach and pear aromas with subtle hints of sweet vanilla from the barrel-aged Roussanne.White melon fruit flavours with very subtle, well integrated oak. The combination of Roussanne and Marsanne provides a wonderfully luxurious mouthfeel and enormous length.
