Look for a subdued nose of melon, musk and anise. The wine is full bodied, slightly off dry and rich on the palate.

The Gewurztraminer comes through very nicely on the finish with roses, lychee and a touch of bitterness.
Best served with soft cheeses, seafood, lighter meats, Asian and spicy foods.
